There was no miscommunications... Poor implementation on our part. The reason merchants were removed was for the wrong reasons...which you were removed because you own an online brokerage site. When really we would want to remove merchants based on a code of conduct. I don't think that we will have any big issues with conduct if we communicate what those are and why. I think it depends which way you want to look at it. We have made mistakes and will probably make more down the road...not as many I hope.
