3D Studio MAX 3 may be an older version of the software but it is still an awesome modeler! You can model, UVmap and texture all within the same application. It will do everything you want it to do and always about 2000 things you won't have any idea about! lol! IMHO if you already have MAX 3 you don't need to look for another modeling app :)
