The sphere on the left has the left hand texture applied as the texmap, and a greyscaled version applied as a bump map. Notice the "invisible" parts are still shiny? The Sphere on the right has the right hand texture applied, but no other changes. Note that only the areas where there actually is something are shiny. Both have "Apply texture to highlight" checked. Oh, and these are straight P4 renders, no post work. The reason this works is that if something is COMPLETELY black, i.e., r 0/g 0/b 0, then it sheds no highlight at all in Poser. Cheers!
