Well, for what it's worth... 1) I didn't think LSM was throwing flames at you at all. She was just trying to get a problem resolved. And i think that she was being pretty light hearted about it all, considering she just dropped a wad of cash for products that didn't work the way she thought thet would...regardless of who's at fault. 2) Please stop the shameless plugs for your products in the middle of trying to explain your position.
