Pardon me for wanting to get my money's worth or questioning the value of a deal (Platinum Club). Really, everyone has an opinion, wants and needs. Everyone is important. People have a right to get the full picture, both positive and negative. The best way a company can serve itself and its customers is to ask for their opinions, both positive and negative.
