I agree with you but gui changes, and hotkeys are not engineering standards. engineering standards would be things likewhat you mentioned with API calls and etc. Most of the API calls are still there even if they have ben deprecated. My whole point is that this is a cop out and an excuse on CL's part. The introduction of windows XP brought allot of changes to windows, yet they did not have a problem getting a version out for XP/2000! The bottom line is that CL does not have the dedicated resources to work on the Mac version and they cant come out and state that as they will piss their mac customers off. Eovia did not have a problem with a simultaneous release of Carrara, nor did Adobe with PS7, nor Macromedia with MX, I could go on and on....
