There is? Just kidding. I'm sure there must be little eateries worldwide. Not diners, but cafes, pubs, bistros, tea houses, whatever that would be similar in the idea of a small place, informal in nature, where people who are not high society gather for a cheap meal and some gathering of friends. Frankly, diners don't exist very much in the U.S. either...they are just a memory of another time. I think any challenge should allow for some flexibility.
