ernyoka1..where are you from??? There are very few diners left in the US... Part of American folklore :) I've been fortunate to have eaten in several..or unfortunate, as when they were common, as dialyn stated, it was mostly "regular" folk who ate there....a little cigarette ash with eggs was common, LOL
