No Pro-Pack is not a "must have" for you. If you want to start making your own figures from scratch, then you it will become a "must have"... I don't do that stuff myself, yet.. so that is just my opinion. I have Pro-Pack because I plan to at some point, the only Pro-Pack feature that I use in the standard course of Posing, is the ability to use PNG files for thumbnails in the library rather than RSR (and that probably means nothing to you yet).
