well...in rhino, you can just use the contour tool. it duplicates the body shape, and, you then size it up a little. download the free demo...25 saves, and try it for yourself. or, just turn on the points in the program you are using and adjust the baggy parts. to me, it looks like it is a little off center, and would work if you moved it over a bit.
