According to the "NVidiaDisplayPropsGuide.pdf", it appears that you should be able to at least get an analog TV monitor onto the SVideo out and use that as an extended display. The limitations are 800x600@60Hz for resolution to that display. I think that if the card is recent enough ;), you should exchange it up for an nVidia card with dual outputs (DVI and VGA). All cards that come with a DVI port also include a DVI->VGA converter that hooks onto the DVI port, so you can use two VGA monitors. The only reason that I'm using two video cards instead of just the AGP Ti4600 (which has DVI & VGA outs) is to allow the nVidia Stereo3D (stereoscopics) drivers to work on both monitors simultaneously.
