Hi I had a response from Tech support on the subject of ProPak Mac. I think they are just understaffed and overworked-I don't think anyone wants to offend the users (us). As monolithic as they may seem without the personal touch-they are still people working in the aftermath of a big axeing. Hey all I have to fret over is a quasifunctional propak- no worries about P5 cause there is no Mac version! :-) I did notice that Steve and Karen Cooper have not been posting for awhile-I hope all is well for them!
