I would fire off an email to Daz3d support. Tell them your situation and ask them what files to delete. Daz3d support is great. I have the loveybear, and the Valentine Bear but I have not installed them so can't tell you the files. If the creator of the item is listed in the readme.txt file then you could ask them.
