Same kinda problem. I tried to buy something but my credit card wouldn't take (invalid address), I tried calling the 800 number, but just got an answering machine. I decided to use PayPal. However, when I checked PayPal and went for it, it just told me the 'sity was waiting for payment. I'm lost. Usually when I buy with Paypal, it takes me to a PayPal screen and I just say "OK". I emailed the store and asked them to cancel the outstanding order. Have to wait to buy until I can find out what's wrong. Plenty of cash in the account... but it still doesn't work. Sigh...
