I'd highly recommend checkin out Renderotica site, they have a lot of, um adult oriented things, freebies, and purchasable in their marketplace. You may want to check for anatomiclly correct model addons for V2 etc. As far as textures go, if your looking for realism, check anything by StefyZZ in the marketplace.
