If you're in a Windows OS- go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, and go to the Install/Uninstall (depending on the OS) tab. Select 'Elefont', and click on the button below, Add/Remove. This should uninstall it. Failing that, go to the Elefont Directory, and look for an uninstall.exe, or something like that. Run that. Failing that, you could go into the Registry, and delete all the 'elefont' keys, but unless you're familiar enough with the Registry Editor, I would consider it only as a last step.
In any of the above, once you get the uninstall to work, you should be able to copy out your data files, delete the remaining files, delete the elefont directory, and be able to reinstall. Hope this helps.
