hrmmmmm..... which version of Poser are you running? Poser 3 gets a tad flakey with added props etc... Poser 4 with the update usually doesn't have problems... etc.. can you render the prop by itself? Sometimes a prop might be corrupted... but usually all that does is go invisible when you render..
