"just reload PS" a "give-a-damn" attitude, out of character. Never expected it from what I thought was a "Top Notch Professional Organization". Yeah...I understand where you're coming from - especially when they charge so much for the software in the fist place! I guess after all my past harddrive dramas I'm just so used to reinstalling my software that it seems like second nature to me now! ~ but you are right you shouldn't have to do that for a (so-called) simple upgrade! :-)>
