Yves, programs like Vue or Bryce are highly specialised 3D programs. They use all these fractal things to create terrains or vegetations. Therefore i think its not possible that plugins like those you mensioned can deal with these specialities. Other programs like Cinema or 3D Studio can't either. Thats why you can't export/import terrains etc into those programs. And don't forget, we are in the low price segment - even when the results can be high quality!
