LOL@phil. Looks more like a wired chicken to me. bloodsong, I know it's screen and not chicken-wire. As you say, chicken-wire is much thicker with large hexs..... to....er.. keep the chickens inside. But I didn't like the title 'How can I scan screen?'. So I said 'chicken-wire' That's my story and I'm sticking to it. mac PS The patchwork filter is totally cool for making grids, something I never figured out how to do in PS.
