Subject: Props, Parenting to either Hand and Saving them

hmmm...you need to save the fan as a "prop" for the parenting to be accepted. If you save it as a CR2 (in the figures folder) be sure to click the "this figure only" button as opposed to the "whole group" button (with the object selected of course). Sounds like you clicked the whole group button, thus all the figures were saved together in a single CR2. If saved as a figure, Poser won't accept parenting (it throws it out)...now, I'm about 50% sure on this. The other 50% of me thinks there's probably a way to outsmart Poser by manually editing the CR2. If you parent it to a figure and save it as a prop, you'll be prompted to save it as a "smart prop." Click yes. At this point it'll automatically appear in the spot you left it (i.e. parented to whatever you wanted). I recommend you zero your parent (Vicky) and position the prop from there. It doesn't really matter, but if you save it otherwise you'll have alot of weird rotational and trans values that won't make much sense.
