Yep, most Vic1 and 2 clothing items and hair will fit Steph. As for popularity, my guess is that since most Poser users already had a female model (Vic 1 or 2) when Steph came out, not everybody wanted to throw in the cash. Most acquired Steph as a free item with Mike 2 when he was on introductory sale at Daz.
