Hi DigitalVapor, I am not familiar with that error. Did you enter in all the information properly in regards to your address as it is listed on your credit card statement? I will see if JenyK or the programmers know what the referal error is. I checked and your order was not processed. Clint

Ok - Thanks for the information. Other orders are being processed fine so the system isnt on the fritz. I'm waiting to hear back on the error and will post back when I find out. Clint

Declined is being sent to us from your bank. You should contact them and ask why they are sending the declined error. Same for the referal. That is coming back from the bank as well. Clint

I am a first time buyer, and I keep getting this message Order Processing Failure! Referal I read the thing at the botom that said "If this is your first purchase on this site, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to email us the (800) number on the back of your credit card." I have not recieved any such email. What gives?
