I am wondering if ACDSee can do this? I know that it has batch conversions and file size tools, but I dont know about your cropping specific size on various size pics, but i would not b surprised if it does because it is pretty cool. I am not sure becaue I have only used it a few times, and havn't renistalled it yet since reinstalling windows other day. I got a shareware vers. on a cd, and I know it is on web as well. Good luck.
