I say make it a prop :o) But that's mainly becourse it's the easiest. Well also becourse I always forget about props that are hiding in the character folder... Anyway, as soon as you have it inside Poser, not what scale you needed to make it look right, then delete your prop and import it once more using the scale you just found out was the right one. This way the prop will be in Poser with a 100% scale applied. Then you can either make it a smart prop, where you parent it to a character's hand(s) or just leave it as it is, so people can parent it themselves. It is a nice thing to make it a smart prop, but it is not absolutely necessary. Oh and btw, the drum looks really good :o) I'm looking foreward to seeing it in Free Stuff :o)
