you can legally do whatever you want to it for your own use. u can post any pictures commercially or not with the texture SO LONG AS the texture can not be copied, meaning no flat file of the texture. They don't want you playing with the texture and putting it up as freestuff or reselling it. Daz3d is really good about answering questions about legal uses and copyright if you ask them.
