I use Properties Plus to rename file extensions - comes in handy when moving MAT and MOR files to directories other than the pose library.

I also find ACD's PicaView to be very handy for any kind of graphics work. You can View, Print, Copy and Convert on the fly.

Also use RSR Converter for creating my own custom rsrs.

I use Morph Manager all the time Mason - it is a wonderful program and I thank you very kindly for creating it ;)
