I haven't installed lo-res Mike yet, so I can't check this, but lo-res Victoria has a unique head morph enabled by default (HdVictoriaLo); regular Victoria has no corresponding morph. Lo-res Mike might have something similar. I used the photo from the link provided above as a texture, by the way. That was a screen capture from preview mode; it looked better, rendered.
