Lord only knows just yet. I guess it depends on what you want to use 'em for. If you want straightforward but fashionable clothes, there's a good new set at DAZ for a buck ninety nine (Platinum Club). That's pretty good value, I guess. Elsewise, PoserWorld has half a ton of stuff for V3, ranging from office wear to combat suits. And for something kinkier, there's a good set here in the marketplace, Black Rose, which includes a set for V2. It has quite a lot of different pieces to mix and match. I'm not fantastically overjoyed with the default material settings, but a couple of minutes in Render Materials can sort that out easily.
