actually they implied in a recent episode that tuvok has not reached 100 but is about to. Janeway gives him a birtday cake and says "so, pretty soon you'll hit the big 3 digits." I think it was the episode where Kes returns. I don't watch the show that closely usually, but I also thought tuvok was older untill she said that, and it surprised me.
