Incidently, I don't understand why you have to delete the plugins, as otherwise you would just get the message about replacing them, and if you tell windows to do it it will. I assume this was some deal about Poser not letting them be replaced while it is running, like it will not let you delete an RSR, but otherwise I'm at a loss. I also wondered why they didn't set up the stuff in a proper zip file with all the folders in place, so WINZIP would automatically put everything in the right place, just like may people put up their Poser items, but maybe the plug-in replacement has something to do with that.
