Select the object and open the "Group Tool" in Poser.

Select the polygons that are in the section you want.

Then ... "Create New Prop"

The newprop will be in exactly the same position as the part of the object that it was created from.

Repeat this process for each indiviual part.

Now you will have a separate object for each part.
