Please Split, do what I said and download the FULL UPDATE for 4.12 again.

If, after that, you almost have this problem, go to e-onsoftware's site, select support and write your problem. But IMO they first will ask you to download the update.

What happend is the following: When Vue has created the update 4.12, we testers have found out that it did not want to accept bum files. Then, immediately, one day after, this 4.12 has been updated properly and it works perfectly since. Of course, you're free to behave as you want, but anyhow write to the support:-)
