Thanks for the encouragement. :o) The photo was taken earlier today. These are lyrics I wrote for a song my friend composed back in late 1999. We eventually recorded and released an independent underground album, with nine tracks. Only 500 copies were made (I think I still have half of them). He completed the music before he handed it to me, with an image of what he thought his music should be all about. I tried my best to squeeze the words in, but believe me it works better with the music. Cheers! - M - - - - - - - - - - - - - - **Will She Love Me** There are many things at sea That seem familiar now. Tides at ebb and winds a gale, They speak to me somehow. They say youre calling; I know my homeward course is clear. Even though stars may hide My compass points to you. Im not quite through. Days have drifted like the leagues Ive traveled far at sea. Faces, always nameless; Places, meanings lost to me. Shouldnt have left you, But knowing is something worse than fear. Even while memries lie, My inner heart speaks true - Theres only you. The faithful winds have filled my sails, The currents rise and head for shore. Will she still be the same? Will she call me by my name? When I walk through that door, Will she love me like before? Heart leaps out at sight of land, My exiles end in view. Shores embrace each wary step; A welcome overdue. Fearless of nothing, Trusting that what will be, will be. Who knows what fate will bring, When I behold your face - My heart will know its place. Each footfall melts away the miles; A sprint, and then I learn to fly. Will she still be the same? Will she call me by my name? When I walk through that door Will she love me like before? Grey Skies Sessions - October 1999

I'd love to hear this ... which tells you how much I admire it. Tenderness ... with a little poignant melancholy has always appealed to me.

Pretty words. I too would love to hear the melody along with it.

That's a beautiful song M and a beautiful photo. I too would love to hear it. Must be nice living near the shore.
