Crescent, do you mean a Steph Posette that takes Posette textures or one that wears Posette's clothes? If you mean the tex version, I haven't seen one (doesn't mean it doesn't exist tho). If you mean one that wears Posette's clothing, Daz has a StephP4, just like the VicP4. Or, more bang for your buck, Stephanie LoRes comes with a StephP4 LoRes.
