My personal opinion would be to re-install it anyway. It is not often we get to start over with a clean machine...so just back up the runtime and start with everything fresh. But this is just the opinion of a guy who has to reformat his own computer this weekend (galdernfricken backdoor viruses..rant..rave..mamble)
