So everyone agrees then, everyone is encouraged(but not limited) to post their HEART, MIND, and SOUL, and not their BOWEL MOVEMENTS.

If the majority already limits it's postings to these figures, then the problem is solved. I think it is reasonable to tolerate the very few that do post frivolously. I don't think there is a need to carve anything in stone, does anyone?
