FYI: Never mind about the details from your mesh, now that I've figured out how to recreate the problem and, I think, found what is causing it. I hate the Joint Editor with a passion, but it sounds like you have enough experience with it that you can describe how to fix the problem. Right? So I'm gonna walk away, whistling nonchalantly....
