If you are running under OS9, you can easily allocate more memory to Poser (or any other app). Single click on Poser icon so that it is selected, but not activated. Go up to File > Get Info > Memory. You will find suggested size, minimum size and preferred size. The last 2 items are in boxes where YOU can type exactly how much you want to feed it. For example, you should keep about 100K clear for the operating system and miscellaneous tasks. I've alloted 60K for PhotoShop6, but usually don't have it going at the same time that I'm in Poser. That still leaves 240K for Poser (I have half the RAM you do). You need 200K if you are running any of the millenium figures. They sulk otherwise. For multiple Vicky3's, try 500K and see if they are happier. NOTE: I haven't yet installed OSX on this box, and so can't help with that system. Carolly
