Did you save it as a prop (pp2 file)? If so, it's not possible to conform it. Conforming clothing needs to be cr2-files and added as characters. They need a joint setup similar to the character they are made for in order to conform correctly. However, if the sarong is a prop, you can "clothify" it in the Cloth Room and make it fit the character properly that way.
