tuttle, I had the same problem with the Xfrog zip file. Note carefully the file size after download and what it should be when fully downloaded. Apparently the site, for some reason, cuts the download short not allowing you to get the full file. Hopefully you have a download software that allows you to resume downloads. It took me about 5 or 6 repeated downloads to get the complete file. Then and only then, did the zip file opened and decompressed.
