I might be wrong BUT I don't think you can't use all 6 states. If you include Selected, it would override other states like Up and Click. You can have an Up, Over, Down, Click and Out.

As for saving it in Image Ready, you would have to

File > Save Optimized As:

which saves the html (with the JS including the preload of images) and the images in a separate folder.
