That's a very very rare problem that occurs on a few (mostly XP) systems. A lot of XP systems have no problem with it. There's a free test program you can run to see if it will work 100% on your system. I think it's called compatibility tester. It's either in free stuff, or you can gat it off the author's website. IM him if you can't find it.
