For instance, the thing about True Ambience that people were posting a little while ago. It's in Bryce or nobody could do it. And that certainly rivals the ability of much more expensive programs. What I think, many capabilities of Bryce were neglected because it was very easy to do some things, like create a landscape. Bryce was one severely underused program. But I agree that people who like it pushed it beyond its nominal use. BTW, I'm told by people who work in 3D Studio that its renderer is nothing to write home about. That's why there are programs like Mental Ray or Brazil. Not to mention plugins like True Grit or various particle systems. Hey, whoever! Give Bryce plugin ability!
