Well, I tried the password as sent in the original email this morning and what do you know. It worked! Believe me this is not the first (or the 6th) time of trying so it wasnt a case of entering it wrongly once. Anyway I am now on the site. I seem to have opened a can of worms here and the last thing I want to do is cause the site to lose custom. I love the products, (see my entry in the Bryce gallery,"1815" and another following soon) and they are great value, but its obvious that they have had problems before and seem to still be having them. You also cant fault the reply by WHWitney, but I have to say that I did use the required email addy and received aknowledgments but no answer. This is so frustrating. I dont have any email filtering active, I did receive the original email about the change but the password just didn`t work. I regret using the word incompetent (bad mood) and hopefully they can prove me wrong in the future.
