Catlin, the ants on the lens is a GOOD idea!!! Gotta use it some time or other (yep, I will be using those ants a lot, plus right now I'm boolean-metaballing a spider...). As for the close-up, I'm re-rendering the image right now to solve this problem. If I finish in time, I will submit the new one for the challenge and not this.
