hmm... if I understand you correctly then yes you can scale the figure quite easily. On the lower left of the character window(s) you should see 2 arrows. One is for figures, and the other is for that figures specifics (i.e. body parts, props, etc). Make sure to select the figure you wanna scale, and in the other choose BODY... Once you do that just adjust the SCALE dial to taste HTH
