The code looks fine, but the Sea Dragon is not currently on sale. So the "Platinum Club Discount: 30% Off DAZ Created Products $-14.99" is correct in this example.

Please try an item that is currently on sale, like the Victoria 3 Morphing Sleeveless Body Shirt.
