Why don't you try Yamato's P4 Lashes as props? You can find them in the Downloads section of Poser Factory under Props and they are smart-propped to the P4 woman and also include many morphs to match the expression morphs on the model. Very realistic too, just turn the lash material on the P4 woman invisible and use these.
