Dont think you can use the setuproom for making conforming clothes.My way: I split the clothmesh in different bodyparts and give the parts the corresponding posername in my modellingproggie ( you can do the same in poser with the groupingtool) than export the cloth as .obj . than i use a "conforming program" ( you can buy in the mp here, not very expensive) and it makes the rest. you can also do the last part without another program if you follow the link you find a tut under "Goodies" "poser"
